Subject: Meta-Layer Initiative Meeting on Sept 16 with special guest Vint Cerf

Dear PCI family,

I want to invite you to a ZOOM meeting on September 16th at 10a EDT with special guest Vint Cerf about developing an overlay environment that supports:

• overlay applications active across all webpages
  
• smart tags capable of attaching code to content
  
• communities that are with you through the web experience.
  

The environment must be safe, secure, support fair value exchange and data sovereignty, and respect privacy, while safely enabling and utilizing AI. This environment should be protocol-agnostic.

Vint has graciously agreed to kickoff our discussion with some words of wisdom on building a meta-environment above the web, beginning with an application substrate.
